WEIGHT... IS IT JUST A NUMBER?

welcome back to another blog post. sorry I have been distance lately, but I just didn’t know what to write. But anyways, here W.I.G.O.
WHAT IS GOING ON?
Well since I last wrote, you know I started to workout with a personal trainer and have been going to a nutritionist. I have lost 4 pounds. Hated my diets because they are not cookie, donuts, pasta… you know, CARBS. But yeah. I start my diets; all is well until my loving husband wants a pizza or donuts or tacos or pasta. That is when cave and eat a little. I feel like I would likely lose more weight since January if I did my diet right. I hate that I must be on a diet to lose weight. Like, why can’t I just work out, and eat whatever I want.
I have a great body, I do, even though sometimes I feel bloated, have cellulite and stretchmarks. They are NORMAL. We live in a world were that is accepted. We still have to work on some things but it’s a new world of BODY POSITIVITY and yet sometimes I feel like “yeah great, my type of body is accepted, but at the same time I want a better, stronger, leaner, a smaller number of pounds body. WHY DOES A NUMBER BODER ME SO MUCH???? Its just a number they say and yet I’m still “obsessing over it”. When I get to set goal number… will I be happy with my body then? will it look different?? I do not know.
Why am I scared to gain more weight if I get pregnant one day, and not even get to set number I am know? In that moment ill be begging to be the number I am today. Like I am now, 10 years ago when I used to cry over my number weight because I thought I was fat, but I wasn’t. I was more mature that the others. WHY DO I HAVE TO BE MORE BODY MATURE THAT THE OTHER GIRLS? Because I’m ME. Because I AM WOMAN.
I am on a journey, to make myself happy, to learn what I want. There is a balance with everything, I just need to find it. For some it may be simple, eat health and work out all the time and boom you are done. But other times you need to eat kind of healthy, work out just 2 or 3 times a week and just do you.
